In a world where we are constantly challenged and often overwhelmed by our experience, there is something within us that wants to know peace and our own deepest nature of being. Yet life is busy and we don’t always feel we can commit to something new, especially if it means a lot of time away from demands of home, family, school, or work.

That’s why you’ll love this six-part series. Each month, you’ll receive a short video teaching, a reading to inspire you, and a bite-sized practice you can do on your own schedule and work with throughout the month at a time and place that serves you best.

You don’t need to be an experience meditator. These teachings and practices are designed for all levels.

You will also have to opportunity for a private check-in session with your teacher, Kathleen Eull.
